I ordered some shoes online. I was sent an e-mail from Doug indicating they do not carry that shoe anymore and he asked if I would like another shoe. I replied no and told him that they should not indicate that they have items in stock if they really don't. He responded that he was sorry. Cool.
Avoid purchases online with this company. They may say they have something in stock only to find out they don't. I asked for a refund and never received one. Filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back. It's sad that companies like this one take advantage of people like that.
Well, two weeks later, I look at my credit card statement and they have not credited my credit card for the amount they charged me for an item they did not even have (good thing I look at my statements). So I contacted him and it has been a week with no reply. Take what you want from my experience but I thought I would share.
